Will I need an engineer?

Whether an engineer visit is required depends on the type of installation at your property.

Once your order has been placed and confirmed with Openreach, we will let you know if an engineer appointment is needed.

If an engineer visit is required, we will confirm the appointment date and whether access to your property is required.

If you can’t be at home on the scheduled date, and it’s more than 72 working hours away, you can easily reschedule the appointment in your My Account .
