Is there a limit to how much I can download?

All of our broadband packages come with truly unlimited data. This means you can use your internet connection as much as you like, without worrying about usage caps or additional charges.

What does unlimited data mean?
Unlimited data means there is no set limit on how much you can download or upload each month. You are free to use your broadband for everyday activities such as:

• streaming TV and films
• online gaming
• working from home
• browsing the internet
• downloading files

Will I be charged extra for using more data?
No — you will never be charged extra based on how much data you use. There are no usage caps or additional fees on any of our broadband packages.

Can anything affect my experience?
While your data usage is unlimited, your overall experience may still be affected by:

• your broadband speed
• the type of connection you have
• how many devices are connected at the same time
• network conditions

Unlimited data does not mean unlimited speed — your speeds will still depend on your specific service.

Fair usage
Our services are designed for normal residential use. While we do not impose data caps, usage may still be subject to network-level fair usage policies applied by our infrastructure providers.
