Do I need to tell my current provider that I’m leaving?

When you switch to Onestream using One Touch Switching, the process is handled automatically.

This means we will:
• Contact your current provider
• Arrange the transfer of your broadband service
• Notify them that you are switching

In most cases, this allows your service to move across smoothly without you needing to contact your existing provider.

In some situations, you may still need to contact your current provider directly.

For example:
• If the automated switching process cannot be completed
• If you decide not to use the One Touch Switching process
