Where can I find my Wi-Fi password?

Last updated: 18 March 2026

You can find your Wi-Fi password on the label located on the back or underside of your router.

What should I look for?
On the router label, you will typically see the following details:

  • SSID (your Wi-Fi network name)
  • Password (your Wi-Fi password or key)
  • Admin Password (used to access the router settings)

Which one is my Wi-Fi password?
Your Wi-Fi password is the value listed next to “Password” or “Wi-Fi Key” on the label.

Important
If you have previously changed your Wi-Fi password, the details on the router label will no longer be correct.

In this case, you will need to log in to your router settings or reset your router to restore the original password.
