When will I be billed?

Your first bill is usually issued around 2–3 weeks after your service goes live. After this, you will receive a bill each month and your Direct Debit will normally be collected on the last working day of the month.

When your broadband service goes live, your account is first added to our billing system.

Your first bill is usually issued within a few weeks of your service starting. This allows time for your service to be activated and prepared for billing.

After your first invoice has been issued, your account will move onto our standard monthly billing cycle.

Ongoing monthly billing
After your first bill, your account will follow the same billing schedule as all other customers.

Your bill will normally be issued around two weeks before payment is taken.

Your Direct Debit will usually be collected on the last working day of each month.

All invoices are available in MyAccount.
