I have not received my activation email, what should I do?

Login to your MyAccount, here you will be able to activate your free trial.

What happens if I do not activate my trial?

At the end of your free trial, if you have not activated the NordVPN service this will be cancelled and removed from your account, you will not be charged. 

What should I do if I experience an issue whilst using NordVPN?

• Try turning off NordVPN and turning it back on.
• Disconnect from the current server you are connected to, then attempt to re-connect.
• Try another server.
• If the issue persists, please contact Nord Support.
