How do I update my direct debit details?

You can update your Direct Debit details using our secure online update form. This allows you to safely update the bank account used for your monthly payments.

Login to My Account: Login here using your Account reference Here

My Details: Navigate to "My Details"

Make Changes: Select "Edit" on your Direct Debit details

Save: Review your new details and click "Save" to confirm
