To cancel your broadband service, please contact our team and request a cancellation.

Once your request is received, a member of the team will confirm your cancellation and explain the next steps.
All service cancellations require 30 days’ notice. This means your service will remain active for 30 days after your cancellation request is processed.
Please do not cancel your Direct Debit before your account is closed.
Cancelling your Direct Debit early may:
• Cause delays in processing your final bill
• Prevent refunds or credits from being issued correctly
• Result in additional charges being applied to your account
Your Direct Debit should remain active until your final invoice has been issued and paid.
