By default, all our broadband services use a dynamic IP address.
This means your IP address may change from time to time, particularly after restarting your router.
If you require a fixed IP address, a static IP can be added to your account.
If you would like to add a static IP to your broadband service, you can request this through our support teams.
Once the static IP has been added to your account, it will normally be activated automatically.
You may need to restart your router for the new IP address to take effect.
