What is the payment date?
All Direct Debit payments are taken on the last working day of each month.
Can I change my payment date?
No — currently, it is not possible to change your payment date.
What if I can’t make a payment?
If you are experiencing financial difficulties or think you may miss a payment, please contact us as soon as possible.
Missing a payment may result in disruption to your services, so it’s important to speak to us early so we can discuss your options.
