Progress not perfection
I'm a Workforce Planning Manager here at Cuckoo, which essentially means I'm responsible for the headcount in our contact centre. I create a headcount model based on forecasts, and the team then prepares a schedule for the agents and reacts to any real-time needs, for example if training is needed.
What I love about this role is the variety. I've been with the company for a really long time. And I never get bored. No day is the same and there's always new challenges.
This is my first ever knitted blanket. It's full of mistakes. But I love it and I'm really proud of it.

It's spongy. So it's a cake.
Plus if you made a giant one you'd need to bake it 🤔
