We want our broadband offers to be fair, easy to understand and with no nasty surprises.

Account Bill Credit Offer - Promotional T&Cs
- This offer is available to new residential customers placing an order for either a 12-month or 24-month Broadband Contract.
- This offer is available for new customers only.
- The offer applies to the specific broadband and related services listed only. The credit will be added to a customer account after the order has been placed and once the customer pays their first two monthly service charges for the broadband service. The offer will be used solely for the purposes of applying a credit to the customer account up to the value of the bill credit stated in the offer.
- Customers are only eligible for the bill credit once charges have been placed on the account, which can only be redeemed against an active bill. This credit cannot be applied against early release fees where a customer wishes to terminate their contract, or other miscellaneous charges.
- There is no cash alternative as this is a bill credit only.
- Where a customer upgrades their service after placing an order, the value of the original offer credit to their account will not change
- We reserve the right to amend, cancel, or suspend this offer at any time without notice to you.
- Customers are only eligible for the bill credit offer so long as the account is not in arrears. This offer can't be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- The 12-month and 24-month Broadband Contract is provided on our standard terms and conditions (https://www.cuckoo.co/legal/terms) which includes an obligation to pay an early release fee if you terminate the contract before the minimum period has expired.
