Terms and conditions for Cuckoo's tech bundle giveaway

Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. By taking part in the Cuckoo ‘Tech Bundle’ prize draw you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The promoter is Cuckoo Fibre Limited, registered office Milford House, Pynes Hill, Exeter, EX2 5AZ (“the Promoter”).

Eligability

1. This promotion is only open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.

2. The following are ineligible: (i) employees or agencies of Cuckoo Fibre Limited (ii) families and employees of Cuckoo Fibre Limited (iii) anyone else connected professionally to this promotion

Promotional period

3. This promotion will be available to social media users who engage in the promotion The promotion closes on midday on 9th February.

How to enter

4. The promotion will be conducted via Cuckoo Fibre Ltd’s Instagram, X (Twitter), and Facebook pages

5. To enter the promotion, eligible individuals must:.

a. Follow Cuckoo and comment as directed in the competition post

b. make an entry between 31st January to 9th February

Limits on entry

6. Multiple entries are not permitted. Limit of one (1) entry per person.

Winner notification

7. The winner will be selected at random no later than 5 pm on 9th February

8. The winner will be notified via social media. The winner will be announced no later than 5pm on February 10th

Prizes

9.     The winner will receive one (1) eero Pro 6E router and one (1) Amazon echo dot device. Prizes will be delivered via post to your home address

10.  Prize does not include subscription to eero Plus which can be acquired at winners own cost

11. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

12. The prize is not negotiable or transferable.

General

14. If, for any reason, the winner does not take the prize at the time stipulated, then the prize will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash. For the avoidance of doubt, no cash alternative is available at any time, and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize if relevant.

15. By entering this promotion, you agree for the Promoter to include details of your win on the Promoter’s website, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media accounts for marketing and promotional purposes strictly relating to the prize draw.

16. No personal data other than your Instagram username will be shared but we will require your home address which we will collect via private message on Instagram. This information will be handled in accordance to our privacy policy (https://www.cuckoo.co/legal/privacy).

16. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts of the United Kingdom.
