The Website may include information and materials uploaded by other users of the site, including social media pages, video-sharing sites, bulletin boards and chat rooms. This information and these materials have not been verified or approved by us. The views expressed by other users on our site do not represent our views or values.

If We have reason to believe you have misused the Website, are in breach of these Website terms and conditions or have breached any product or services agreement with Cuckoo Fibre Limited, we reserve the right to terminate your registration, or suspend or terminate your access to the Website without notice and shall be under no obligation to reinstate it.

Account details

If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential and not disclose it to any third party.

We may disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion, you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.

Loss of damage suffered by you

We shall have no liability to you accept in respect of death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or where it would be unlawful to limit, exclude or restrict our liability.

The Website is provided without any conditions, warranties or representations of any kind and we exclude all implied terms, conditions, warranties or representations that may apply to our site or any content on it (including in respect of quality and fitness for purpose).

Which country’s laws apply to any disputes?

These terms and conditions of use, and their subject matter and formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising under or related to these terms and conditions and access to and use of the Website.
