Why do I pay a £60 setup fee?

The £60 setup fee covers the cost to connect you. This covers any Openreach work needed to switch your connection, whether they need to send an engineer to your property or not.

As we do not tie you in to a contract, we charge this upfront, unlike other providers who can absorb this in to a lengthy contract.
