New year’s revolution. No more lengthy broadband contracts.

Can I change my go live / switch date?

Internet providers are regulated by Ofcom, who have a mandatory 14-day "cooling off" period when signing up to a new provider. This is to allow customers to cancel the switch without incurring any fee (i.e. a lengthy contract with other providers or our setup fee).

If your switch is within 14-16 days of sign up, we would not be able to bring this forwards, only delay this.

If your switch date is more than 16 days from signing up, please select the chat option at the bottom right of the screen and we will see if we can help.
