We're really sorry to hear that you're struggling to pay your bill. Unlike other broadband companies, you can leave your Cuckoo contract with no exit fees at all. All we ask is that you send back your router - and we'll provide a pre-paid envelope for you to do that with. It is important that you pay your bill on time so we can continue running our business. If you don’t pay in time we will contact you. We may suspend and then terminate your telephone and broadband service if you continue not to pay.
Unlike other providers, we do not charge an exit fee for leaving.
